Description
Collection of 24 orders and dispatches written by various individuals relating to the Battle of Leipzig during the Napoleonic Wars. All items are in French; four are signed by Napoleon. The portfolio of orders is said to have been lost by French Marshal Etienne MacDonald during the battle and rediscovered in 1934 by the family of Captain Karl Von Münsterberg. 36 pp. total.
