Description
Minister, compiler of church music. ALS, Newbury. To Ebenezer Stevens. [In the spring of 1724, Native Americans captured three of Stevens' children and took them to Canada. The community rallied and raised ransom money and Stevens was able to redeem the captives.] Informing Stevens that his parish has a contribution towards the ransom money he paid to rescue his children. 1 p.
