American Revolutionary officer and Ohio pioneer. ALS, West Point. To Reverend Enos Hitchcock. Reporting frequent desertions from the enemy and the capture of an American picket; describing conditions at West Point where vegetables are scarce but the men are at least well clothed. 2 pp.
