British naval officer. LS, Bermuda, on board H.M.S. Swiftsure. Marked "Duplicate." To Vice Admiral John Duckworth. Reporting on the French squadron and various British ships, saying that recruiting in the American Army suggests hostilities are more than probable. 2 pp.
