Apparently unsigned letter to Gabriel de Iturbe e Iraeta, written from
Maracaybo (now Maracaibo, Venezuela). Description of the Peninsular Wars. The
second sheet of the letter is an excerpt from the paper Aurora de la Habana
from February 1, 1809, from an article about London, describing "two
magnificent swords" sent to Spain as gifts to General "Blák" and General
Mendizabal, enscribed with the phrase "Vencer o morir".
