Description
Armstrong attended this conference as a press delegate from the United States. The general debate of the conference focused on disarmament, the struggle against colonialism, economic development and underdeveloped nations. The documents consist of speeches from various heads of state and other officials, a few handwritten notes by Armstrong, and printed materials.
