The Speeches, Statements, Press Conferences, Etc. series contains typed copies of the text of addresses delivered by Dulles, as well as published copies of statements. He addressed business and political organizations, Congressional committees, political meetings, and the United Nations, as well as the American people through radio and television broadcasts. The majority of his addresses were related to his career with the United States Department of State, especially his travels around the world as Secretary of State. Also included are Dulles speaking on United States foreign policy, the role of the United States in world governance, the United Nations, and interviews with Dulles.
