Description

Series 7, Financial, 1932-1982, includes correspondence, tax forms, stock quotes, partnership agreements, and statements. A majority of the material deals with family trusts. Ball's father, Amos, established the Amos Ball Trust fund for his family while Ruth's father, James Murdoch, established a trust fund for her and her sister. Ball and his brothers corresponded frequently over the overall management of the trust fund. Other information on Ball's individual financial solvency can be gleaned from his income tax returns.
