Biography and History
Edwards was an English author. He was born in 1901 at Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. He went to Yugoslavia in 1931 and travelled throughout the country resulting in various published books, including "Profane Pilgrimage" Duckworth 1938, "A Wayfarer in Yugoslavia” (Methuen 1939), and "Danube Stream" (Muller 1940). He translated into English many works by Yugoslav authors and about twenty from French and Italian.
