Biography and History

Wendell Wilcox (1906-1981) was a prolific American author and novelist. After initial failures, he found success through his novel Everything Is Quite All Right. Other novels include The Color of Darkness and Rock Me to Sleep. In addition, Wilcox wrote over 100 short stories, published in such magazines as The New Yorker and Harper's Bazaar.
