This collection comprises broadsides, posters and similar single-sided oversize printed objects created by or for Princeton University.

This collection consists of essays, notes on readings, laboratory notebooks, drawings and similar academic work products created by Princeton students.

Princeton University mounted an exhibition booth including photographs and information about the school at the Exposition Universelle Internationale de 1900, a world's fair held in Paris, France between April and November 1900. The collection includes photographs, graphic charts, and wall labels used in the exhibition, as well as an official certificate awarded to Princeton University for its exhibition.

Since its first class of six graduates and one honoree in 1748, Princeton University has awarded over 80,000 diplomas. This collection contains 213 original diplomas and photostats, including executed diplomas as well as blank, sample or spoiled diplomas.

The Pyne-Henry Collection is a diverse group of documents, letters and writings relating to Princeton University, covering an array of topics primarily concerning student life and administrative activities. The collection consists of letters, essays and orations, reports, memoranda, minutes, proclamations, accounts and class lists, and other documents written by students, faculty and administrators which, along with other administrative records and Trustee Minutes, constitute the earliest records and documentary history of the University. Most of these papers and records were amassed by Princeton alumni Moses Taylor Pyne (Class of 1877) and Bayard Henry (Class of 1876) during the latter half of the nineteenth century.

Princeton has participated in intercollegiate rowing contests since 1874. The collection consists of photographs, memorabilia, scrapbooks, programs, correspondence and posters documenting the history of the Princeton University rowing program.

The Princeton Equality Project, founded in 2010, is an activist group focused on LGBT issues. The Princeton Equality Project records document the the group's activities during the 2015-2016 school year.

The Princeton Scientific Expeditions Collection brings together original materials from the university archives that document the work of various scientific expeditions conducted under the aegis of Princeton University and its corporate predecessors. The connection with the university ranges from enterprises duly authorized in the trustees' minutes to expeditionary tasks that happen to have been carried out by members of the university faculty, often with little official notice of Princeton as an institution.

John Maclean, Jr. was a professor, vice president, and president of Princeton University. The Princeton University Archives John Maclean, Jr. Collection consists of letters to and from John Maclean regarding the history of the College of New Jersey as well as family matters.

This collection contains early scores and lyrics to Princeton University's alma mater "Old Nassau" as well as information about the song and the men who created it.

The Student Photographers Series of the Historical Photograph Collection (HPC) contains photographs taken by Princeton University students in the late nineteenth century. These photographs comprise candid shots of fellow students, events, and images of the Princeton campus and town.

The Princeton University Archives launched the Archiving Student Activism at Princeton (ASAP) initiative in December of 2015 to collect and preserve individual and organizational records created by Princeton students who engage in activism on a broad range of issues and perspectives, both on campus and off. The records in this collection document a range of political and social issues, including sexual assault, gender equality, immigration, refugee crises (Syria), racism and anti-racism.

Princeton University faculty have long participated in pedagogical and research activities aimed at improving education and knowledge production at all levels. This collection consists of program materials and reports from summer institutes and curriculum development programs based at Princeton University, which were aimed at improving the education of primary and secondary school students, as well as specialized training programs for scientific researchers.

Princeton students have formed clubs for social, charitable, religious, political and other purposes nearly since the school's founding. Princeton University Student Clubs Records, 1821-1926 consists of bound volumes including minute books, financial ledgers, and other record books from student-organized campus clubs including the Nassau Hall Education Society (1821-1839), Literary Sharpshooters (1887-1888), the Philosophical Club (1889-1894), the Hill Club (1900-1904), and the Internaional Polity Club (1914-1926).

Richardson Auditorium (formerly known as Alexander Hall) is Princeton University's premiere performance venue for a wide variety of events including concerts, plays, lectures, and dance performances. The collection consists of programs for performances and other events held at Richardson Auditorium.

The Princeton University Presidents Oral History Project consists of two projects undertaken by the Princeton University Archives in conjunction with the Office of the Secretary to document the recollections and reminiscences of Princeton University's 16th president and seventeenth Presidents Robert F. Goheen and William G. Bowen. Consists of taped interviews with former Princeton Presidents Robert F. Goheen William G. Bowen and accompanying transcripts, as well as a Goheen video retrospective titled 'Reflections of a President' produced for a 2006 Princeton University Library exhibit.

Among Princeton University traditions, the Beer Jacket worn by graduating seniors stands as one of the most unique and most enduring. The collection consists of materials documenting the evolution of beer jacket designs throughout the greater part of the 20th century.

Grover Cleveland was the twenty-second (1885-1889) and twenty-fourth (1893-1897) president of the United States. After leaving the White House he retired to Princeton, N.J where he was a Trustee of Princeton University. The Grover Cleveland Papers consist of collected research materials regarding Grover Cleveland, his life in Princeton, and his relation to the University.

The Lake Carnegie Construction Photographs of the Historical Photograph Collection contains 479 dry gelatin glass plate negatives measuring 5 x 7 inches that document the construction of Lake Carnegie in Princeton, NJ. There are also 314 black and white paper prints developed at approximately the same time the glass plate negatives were made, 38 amateur photographs, and the 36 original glass plate negative boxes. The negatives and prints date from circa 1905 to 1907, with the bulk dating from 1905 to 1906. As a part of this project, funded in part by the New Jersey Historical Commission, archival contact prints (5 x 7 inches) of each negative have been created for research use and photo duplication. In addition to the glass plate negatives, original prints, and contact prints made from these negatives, there are 38 photographs taken from March through May 1905, early in the project, before any construction work had begun. These are amateur photographs, most likely taken with a Kodak Brownie camera. While many of these images are faded and soiled with fingerprints, many of the subjects are identified in writing on the border or verso of the image. There are also 7 amateur photographs and two photograph albums of unknown or uncertain provenance.

The First One Hundred Days Collection is a collation of protest material created by members of the Princeton University community in response to the administration of Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States. This collection contains various posters, flyers, photographs, and digital files from the Princeton University community's participation in campus and national activism efforts.
