Rice was an associate professor at Princeton University and Assistant Librarian for the Special Collections. Wainwright was a librarian at Princeton University Library for many years, serving as currator of the Morris L. Parrish Collection of Victorian Novelists and as Assistant University Librarian for Acquisitions.
