Consists of twenty scrapbook volumes (1927-1937) of letters, documents, photographs, newspapers clippings, and printed matter concerning the observance of Constitution Day (Sept. 17), compiled by David Laurence Pierson, who was instrumental in getting national recognition for that day.

Consists of Margaret's writings and lectures, including drafts of Charles Kingsley, 1819-1875 and Female Persuasion: Six Strong-Minded Women, notes of her subjects' lives, articles in various journals, magazines, and newspapers (1919-1924), such as The Smith Alumnae Quarterly, the Christian Science Monitor, Scribner's Magazine, and the New York Evening Post, and lectures on her writings, such as "The Lily and the Bloomer."

Consists of the papers of Margaret Thorp, including writings, lectures, correspondence, journals, sketchbooks, and photographs.

Arthur Cyrus Warner (1918-2007) was an activist in the gay liberation movement, focusing his efforts on legal reform to protect the civil liberties of the gay community. Warner's papers document his involvement in legal reform and other issues pertaining to gay rights. The papers largely consist of legislative and court documents about cases affecting gay civil liberties, and related memoranda, correspondence, and writings.

Consists of the research material compiled by William Murphy, Glenn O'Malley, and Donald Torchiana, primarily typed transcripts and photocopies of the original correspondence by Yeats in the collection, as well as other correspondence by, to, and about Yeats. The majority of the transcripts and photocopies (with the exception of part of the John Quinn material) are housed in individual folders. These folders are arranged alphabetically, and then chronologically as explained in series I. A large portion is dedicated to the correspondence between John Quinn and Yeats, as well as Quinn and others, from the John Quinn Memorial Collection in the New York Public Library. The part of the John Quinn material not organized as above, includes photocopies from microfilm and autographed transcripts grouped separately in large folders. There are also files concerning the relationship between Yeats and Padraic Colum, miscellaneous research material, and microfilm of the Quinn letters.

Consists of a small amount of assorted material arranged in the following groupings: articles by Yeats, miscellaneous about Yeats, clippings about Yeats, and miscellaneous by and about Jack (John) Butler Yeats.

Consists of extensive correspondence with individuals such as Frank Abbott and Samuel Adams, as well as others.

Henry Holt was a prominent publisher in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The collection consists of correspondence and manuscripts of authors published by the company, various bookkeeping records, and a collection of photographs, publicity materials, and clippings about Robert Frost.

Consists of additional records, including correspondence, auditor's reports, catalogues, deeds, bank collection books, and photographs, as well as others.

Series 1: Princeton Artwork, circa 1820-1990 comprises paintings, drawings, prints, cartoons, and other original artwork and reproductions representing the Princeton campus, its dezinens, sporting and other events, and symbols of the school.

Consists of copies of letters by American author Herman Melville that were used by Willard Thorp in his selection of Melville's writings published as Representative Selections (1938), as well as other material about Melville.

Consists of clippings, advertisements, art dealings, diaries, scrapbook materials, and other materials related to the personal life of Lulu Glaser.

The Lulu Glaser Papers contains various artifacts, letters, photographs, and other items belonging to Lulu Glaser, a popular singer and actress during the early 1900s. Glaser starred in a couple Broadway plays in the 1890s and later opened the Lulu Glaser Opera Company in 1900, where she produced a number of operas before retiring from performing in 1917. Collection includes materials relating to Glaser's many productions as well as offers insights into her personal life before and after retirement.

Consists of some undergraduate and graduate papers of James Creese (Princeton Class of 1918), as well as papers from his tenures as successive presidents of the Stevens and Drexel Institutues of Technology.

Framed drawing of Walter Scott; miscellaneous memorabilia, clippings, much relating to the Nassau Hall Bicentennial Convocation at which Creese was granted an honorary degree as Doctor of Laws, 1956; photographs of the convocation, Creese's medal, and a young Creese himself.

Consists of documents and correspondence of Smith Thompson (Princeton Class of 1788) covering, for the most part, the years (1823-1843) when he served on the U.S. Supreme Court.

Joseph Jefferson (1829-1905) was an American actor and author. His collection consists of biographical newspaper clippings, 2 copies of his Autobiography, theatrical criticism and approbation, and clippings on family matters.

Includes Partial transcripts of Yost diary from 1945 Potsdam conference, articles and clippings, Letter from Charles Yost to Henry Kissinger, small amount of family materials, etc.

Series 2: Syllabi Removed from the Princetoniana Collection, 1826-1947 (bulk 1850-1920) consists of printed syllabi and lecture notes that at some point were classified as part of the library's Princetoniana collection under call numbers starting with P435. Almost all of the items were printed specifically for use by students in classes at Princeton, and are based on lectures given by Princeton professors. They cover a broad range of subjects, including subjects no longer taught at Princeton, such as Law.

The Syllabi and Course Materials Collection brings together original materials from the university archives that document the content of classes taught at Princeton University.

These course materials were removed from the Lecture Notes Collection (AC052), as they are not notes taken by students. Some material in this grouping may never have been in the Lecture Notes Collection but was stored together with material that was. Some are professors' notes for lectures, some are problem sets or laboratory instructions kept by students.

The Alumni Association of Nassau Hall, Princeton's first official organization of alumni, was founded on commencement day 1826. The collection consists primarily of administrative materials such as correspondence, meeting minutes, notebooks and reports belonging to both national and regional associations and their committees, most from the first half of the 20th century. Also contains newsletters, alumni directories, scrapbooks, reunion-related ephemera, photographs, and materials documenting reunions and alumni organization activities from the late 19th century forward.

Series 1: National Organizations, 1826-2008 contains records of the Alumni Association of Nassau Hall, the Committee of Fifty, the Graduate Council and the Alumni Council, as well as the current Alumni Association of Princeton University and its many committees. This series also includes a significant amount of material about reunions.

Unsorted oversize and mounted black-and-white prints, 14x18" and smaller, showing temples, sculptures, and artwork. Most are undated, though some contain detailed captions on the back. Includes photographs of temples and artwork at Sanchi, Agra, Java, Ellora, Mount Abu, Pattadakal and more.

This subseries consists primarily of photographs of Indic temples and religious artwork, sculptures, figures, drawings, textiles, jewelry, inscriptions, coins, patterns, dancers, theater actors, and people, primarily from India, and also from Ceylon (Sri Lanka), Cambodia, Java, Siam (Thailand), China, Bali, Afghanistan, Burma, Assyria, Greece, Nepal, Persia (Iran), Tibet, Sumatra, Japan, Korea, Laos, Egypt, Turkey, Bhutan, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Morocco, and Nigeria. Photographs show temples and artwork dating from the 3rd century B.C. until the 19th century. Though some photographs were taken by Coomaraswamy, most were collected from miscellaneous photographers, museums, and archaeological institutions, and many are unattributed.

Consists primarily of photographs of Indic temples, artwork, and dance, collected by Coomaraswamy as part of his ongoing research on Indian art and religion, and during his long career as a curator at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. Some photographs of Ananda K. Coomaraswamy and glass slides are also included. There is also a collection of negatives documenting his travels.

Contains family correspondence with Gwinn's mother, Matilda Bowie Gwinn, her husband's parents, Mahalia Riley and Alfred James Hodder, and other relatives, as well as correspondence with friends and acquaintances, especially M. Cary Thomas, with whom she corresponded writing under many different pet names, Katharine Fullerton and Gordon Hall Gerould, and including correspondence with Gwinn's special Baltimore friends, Bessie King, Mary E. Garrett, Julia Rogers, and Nancy Howard. The correspondence is full of references to Jessie Donaldson Hodder's presence in the lives of the Hodders, as well as references to M. Carey Thomas' reaction to the Gwinn and Hodder relationship.

Consists of the papers of Mary Mackall Gwinn Hodder, including writings, correspondence, photographs, documents, financial materials, memorabilia, and printed matter.

Consists of a group of family papers and genealogical research collected by members of the Blair family, a prominent political family in the United States in the 19th century. Materials relate to Francis Preston Blair Sr. (1791-1876) and his descendents, including Frank P. (Francis Preston) Blair Jr., Apolline Alexander Blair, Francis Preston Blair III, Andrew A. Blair, James L. Blair, Gist Blair, Emily Blair Henrotin, and others. Included are correspondence, documents, genealogical research, photographs, printed materials, and writings related to politics, military service, family history, and domestic life.
