All photographs bear on the reverse the stamp of the studio of the photographer "K. Megalokonomou, Hellēnika Phōtographika Nea." There is only one photograph of Ritsos that is signed on the reverse by Thomas Nikolau.

Richard Hanmer Bunbury was a captain in the British Royal Navy and spent sixteen years in Australia. His father was Lt. General Sir Henry Bunbury. The collection contains 45 letters Richard Hanmer Bunbury wrote to Sir Henry Bunbury from 1827 to 1839. The letters contain accounts of naval life and duties, as well as some battles. The collection also includes a letter to one of Richard's brothers, five of his friends, a letter of commendation, his marriage certificate, and a certificate awarded for the rescue of a man who fell overboard.

The Bayard Family Papers, dating from 1801 to 1915, document Ann Caroline Bayard (1797-1871) and her politically active family who lived and worked in the mid-Atlantic area. Her father, James Ashton Bayard (1767-1815); two brothers, Richard Henry Bayard (1796-1868) and James Asheton Bayard (1799-1880); and nephew, Thomas Francis Bayard (1828-1898) served in the United States Senate and their acquaintances appear to have been involved in the family's social circles, of which Ann Caroline Bayard was an active and important part. This collection consists of correspondence to Ann Caroline Bayard and other family members, legal records, photographs, and genealogical information regarding the Bayard family.

This collection, dating from 1921 to 1995, consists of Neil Goldstein's working files, including production files for the film and audio and video segments and masters of the documentary; and research on Moe Berg, including hours of oral histories and photocopies of Moe Berg's documents, particularly those created during World War II.

Symmes H. Stillwell (1840-1934) of Cranbury, Middlesex County, New Jersey, served in the Union Army with the 9th New Jersey Volunteer Infantry from September 1861 until October 1864 during the American Civil War. This collection consists mostly of Stillwell's Civil War papers, including a sizeable number of letters as well as diaries and various documents that provide information about Stillwell's experiences as well as those of his regiment. The letters, in particular, provide detailed descriptions and offer insight into various aspects of the war, such as camp life, battles, the aftermath of battles, and widespread sickness amongst the troops. They also reveal Stillwell's political leanings, his opinions about African Americans, specifically black military regiments, and his enthusiasm for the war. The collection also consists of some Stillwell family correspondence and legal documents.
