The correspondence series consists of correspondence received by Louis Kronenberger. Occasional outgoing letters are interfiled. The series is especially noteworthy for including correspondence with major literary figures, including W. H. Auden, Saul Bellow, John Cheever, Malcolm Cowley, E. M. Forster, Graham Greene, Joseph Heller, Lillian Hellman, Irving Howe, Alfred Kazin, Bernard Malamud, Marianne Moore, V. S. Pritchett, Stephen Spender, Eudora Welty, and Edmund Wilson.

There is a file from 1946-1949 of general corresondence and miscellaneous documents with a notation "Things I would like to discard. Efd" which appears to be written by the secretary of Storer B. Lunt, who served as both Secretary-Treasuer and Vice-President.

In addition, there are also miscellaneous items including constitutions and memebership lists from 1941-1958, menus from the 1957 Christmas party, 4 account books, an attendance ledger, 4 checkbooks, blank and returned checks, meeting minutes from 1941-1947, and 4 rubber stamps with the address of the club's bank and the name of the secretary-treasurer.

Series 3, Federal Bureau of Investigation Files, 1942-1979 contains the dossiers of several prominent Americans, which were compiled by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Wilson began to collect the files in 1975 after Congress passed the Freedom of Information Act. Besides his own file, Wilson obtained the files of such notables as Vern Countryman, Alger Hiss, Nathan Singer, Duane Lockard, and Wilbur H. Ferry. It was Wilson's purpose to "...show the world how destructive, how stupid and how ridiculous the F.B.I. really is."

Miscellaneous negatives were found loose, outside of the envelopes labeled by J. Wayman Williams. Some of these negatives may have belonged with the "Activities" or "Public Relations" groups. They imclude images of laboratory equipment, maps of Princeton's main campus, cartoon tigers with a "P", Williams' Christmas greetings for 1948, a dance in front of a bandstand reading "Prince Tiger"; various groups of people, airplanes flying in formation, people at a stadium, football players posing, ice skaters in skirts, graduation ceremonies, tennis courts, and more.

Series 1: Correspondence, 1942-2012
The letters in Series 1: Correspondence are primarily personal in nature, though some business correspondence is also included. Most of the correspondence dates from the Birds' time living in the Middle East and India in the 1960s and 1970s, though there are also letters that predate and postdate Eugene's tenure with the Foreign Service. In addition to the Birds' outgoing letters describing their lives to family and friends, the series also contains a large portion of letters that the Birds received from their children and from other Foreign Service families.
Eugene and Jerine Bird Papers, 1932-2012 (mostly 1962-1984)
Eugene Bird (1925-) is a retired Foreign Service Officer who served primarily in the Middle East. During Eugene Bird's tenure with the State Department, he and his family lived in Jerusalem, Beirut, Cairo, Bombay, New Delhi, and the Saudi Arabian cities of Jeddah and Dhahran. His wife, Jerine "Jerri" Bird (1926-2012), was an activist who started the nonprofit organization Partners for Peace, which sponsored speaking tours by Israeli and Palestinian women throughout the United States. The collection contains Eugene and Jerine Bird's personal and professional correspondence, subject files on the Middle East, and writings, especially pertaining to Jerine Bird's unpublished manuscript on Saudi Arabian women.

The General subseries consists mainly of correspondence, memoranda, printed material, and reports that communicate the events and transformations that took place at the Tower Club. Some of these events were independent of the Princeton Prospect Foundation, but most are directly related to the Foundation. Also included are fundraising mailings sent to Tower Club members and alumni. The financial statements of the Tower Club are also incorporated into this subseries, as well as Tower Club newsletters. This subseries also contains operating procedures for the undergraduate officers of the Tower Club, compiled by former officers. There are also copies of the by-laws and certificate of incorporation for the Tower Club.
