Ebenezer Foote (1756-1829) was a cattle agent for the Continental Army's Commissary Department during the American Revolutionary War, a merchant, a land agent, a politician, and a judge in New York State. Foote's papers date from 1766 to 1925, with the majority dating from 1785 to his death in 1829, and primarily document his land agency business in Delhi, Delaware County, New York. In addition to the land and financial records related to his business, the collection also contains some legal records, records documenting Foote's work as inspector of cattle for the Continental Army during the Revolutionary War, and limited family records.

Southcott, an English domestic servant, began hearing voices at the age of 42 and believed these to be divine communications prophesying the Second Coming of Christ. She dictated her prophecies primarily to her secretaries, Ann Underwood and Jane Townley, and these were often copied by others and then circulated among the believers. Consists of a collection of manuscripts of Southcott and material related to her. Included are 12 notebooks and 63 pamphlets or loose writings containing copies (1793-1814) in various hands of Southcott's divine communications, letters, poems, and prayers.

Thessalonikē Everyday Life

Consists of (90) black-and white lantern slides showing views of the city of Thessalonikē, a sea shore, the White Tower, panoramic views of the city after the fire, and Saint Sophia church. Included also are slides depicting scenes of daily life, such as rural people in front of a fountain, a Greek farm, woman at the loom, local women spinning cotton, peasants in the fileds, a priest standing in front of an altar, people going to a wedding, grinding wheat in a manual millstone, agricultural workers, livestock workers, group of Greek kids outside of their houses or in the fields, family portraits, man in Greek ethnic costume (foustanella), a Greek funeral; interiors of churches; a Turkish family; a Rumanian person on a horse; and stork nests on houses and trees. The majority of the lantern slides bear handwritten numbers: 1-21, 23-28, 30, 34-36, 38-39, 44-45, 47-57, 59-63, 65-83, 85-87, 89-91; the rest are unnumbered. Some of them bear handwritten titles in pen on top of the image.

Volos, Greece. Photograph Album by K. Stournaras, undated

Oblong album contains black-and-white photographs mounted on recto of several villages in Mount Pelion, the island of Skiathos, a general view of Skopelos, and one image of the monastery of Varlaam in the Holy Meteora by K. Stournaras. Handwritten title and photographer's signature on mount in Greek in white ink. There is also a stamp of the photographer at the lower right corner on the negative, "Κ. Στουρνάρας-Βόλος". String bound album; blue fabric for the covers over hard board. Dedication on the fly leaf from the president of the "Σύλλογος Σεισμοπαθών Ιδιοκτητών Νομού Μαγνησίας", Βόλος 30-8-1963.

Document with an Excerpt from a 1773 Society of Friends Epistle and Response to It by Chief White Eyes, undated

Consists of a single sheet with a manuscript copy of an excerpt from a 1773 Epistle to the Indians from Philadelphia Meeting for Sufferings. The excerpt mentions providing religious instruction for children, refers to the Indigenous people as brethren, and is signed "Israel, Pemberton many other Friends." On the back of the sheet is a response attributed to Chief White Eyes (referred to as Capt. Whiteyes) written in the same handwriting. This text, dated Kekailammapaikung 28th 7th month 1773, states that the Quakers are brothers of the Delawares and says that they will share one religion.

Juan Gelman (1930-2014) was an Argentine poet, translator, journalist, and human rights activist. His papers contain handwritten, typewritten, and printouts of his writings, correspondence, notes, research files, awards and certificates, and personal photographs. A significant portion of the papers feature analog and born-digital investigative files relating to human rights investigations and campaigns Gelman conducted with his spouse, Mara La Madrid, on the forced kidnapping and death of his son and pregnant daughter-in-law, Marcelo Gelman and María Claudia García Irureta Goyena. Also included are files on his search to find his missing granddaughter, Macarena Gelman. A leaf includes a list of places that Simone de Beauvoir had advised her to visit on her travels.
