Princeton Footnotes Records, 1961-2016 (mostly 1961-1987)
The Princeton Footnotes is an all-male a cappella group at Princeton University that was founded in 1959. The organization that became the Footnotes emerged as a dispute within the Glee Club, which resulted in twelve of the Club's members leaving the Club to form a separate group, the Prospectors. The Princeton Footnotes Records consists primarily of digitized recordings of former Footnotes albums released between 1961 and 1987.

Princeton University was a participant in the first intercollegiate football game in America in 1869. Since then, the University has maintained a varsity football team, competing each season against other colleges in the Ivy League Athletic Conference, including traditional rival Yale. The collection consists of film reels documenting Princeton varsity football games between 1935 and 1990, as well as video of the 2012 season.

Approximately 65 photographs, mostly b/w. Mostly of Máire Mhac an tSaoi and her husband, Conor Cruise O'Brien, on their wedding day, at functions, with her parents. Also includes images of Mhac an tSaoi in Madrid. Also two of his daughter, Kate Cruise O'Brien.
Photographs, 1910s-2008
Many of the photographs were used in Máire Mhac an tSaoi's memoir, The Same Age as the State (O'Brien Press, Dublin, 2003). Also includes an album of photographs of Mhac an tSaoi as a young child, with her parents, siblings and maternal family (circa 1922-1930s). There are also several photographs of Mhac an tSaoi during her time in Paris, directly after World War II, and of her first diplomatic posting at the Irish Embassy in Madrid, several of which show her being presented to General Franco. Others feature her husband Conor Cruise O'Brien.

Philip Anderson was a condensed-matter theorist, Professor Emeritus of Physics at Princeton University, and Nobel laureate. This collection consists primarily of Anderson's research files, which include his article and book drafts, grant files, notes, memos and correspondence, a bound run of his talks and papers, and his research diaries and notebooks. To a lesser extent, the collection contains Nobel Prize nomination applications, recommendation letters, photographic prints, and ephemera.

Peter D. Bell was a humantitarian and specialist in Latin American relations who served as president of the NGO CARE USA from 1995-2006. He was also a founder of the Inter-American Dialogue, as well as deputy undersecreatary of Health, Education, and Welfare during the Carter administration. The Peter D. Bell Papers consist of professional correspondence, memoranda, reports, and chronological files from his career with particular focus on Bell's tenure at the Ford Foundation and time spent in Brazil and Chile.

The Office of the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer is the administrative office at Princeton University responsible for overseeing the university's budget, procurement services, tax compliance, risk management, and other general, non-investment related fiduciary responsibilities. The records in this collection primarily document the activities of three consecutive administrators who held the position of vice president for finance, either solely or in combination with the roles of treasurer and vice president for administration: Paul B. Firstenberg (1972-1976), Carl W. Schafer (1976-1987), and Richard R. Spies (1988-2001). Also included are the records of Laurel B. Harvey, who served as assistant vice president for finance and administration under Schafer and Spies.
