Included also are two etchings attached on the verso of two of the album pages: Villa Neriman, where preliminaries talks for the Peace treaty of San Stefano (today Yesilkoy) took place Istanbul, Turkey, the Russian-Turkish war were discussed)(18.5 x 12 cm); and Le Pont de Plerre sur la Toungia in Adrianople (23.5 x 12 cm).

An early draft of Taylor's memoir (spiral-bound computer printout, 139 pages), which was published in May 2017 as The Hue and Cry at Our House: A Year Remembered and dedicated to Roth. This copy contains extensive handwritten annotations by Roth on almost every page. The comments cover Taylor's structure, content, wording, spelling, pacing, and other aspects of his writing that Roth either appreciated or thought could be improved.

Snow, along with along with his working files on the Greek novelist Nikos Kazantzakis (1883-1957), comprising nine binders of photocopied letters of Kazantzakis (1902-1939) that Bien collected from other libraries and private collections. There are also nine photocopied Kazantzakis's own notebooks; Bien's notebooks (general and miscellaneous) containing clippings and other materials that relate to Kazantzakis's works and career; notebooks containing Bien's reading notes from secondary and primary materials or both; small notebooks with material he read. There are also typescripts; a copy of Kazantzakis's "Vios kai politeia tou Alexē Zorba" with marginal notes by Bien and three printed bibliographies: Katsimpalē bibliography N. Thessalonikē Everyday Life

Consists of (90) black-and white lantern slides showing views of the city of Thessalonikē, a sea shore, the White Tower, panoramic views of the city after the fire, and Saint Sophia church. Included also are slides depicting scenes of daily life, such as rural people in front of a fountain, a Greek farm, woman at the loom, local women spinning cotton, peasants in the fileds, a priest standing in front of an altar, people going to a wedding, grinding wheat in a manual millstone, agricultural workers, livestock workers, group of Greek kids outside of their houses or in the fields, family portraits, man in Greek ethnic costume (foustanella), a Greek funeral; interiors of churches; a Turkish family; a Rumanian person on a horse; and stork nests on houses and trees. The majority of the lantern slides bear handwritten numbers: 1-21, 23-28, 30, 34-36, 38-39, 44-45, 47-57, 59-63, 65-83, 85-87, 89-91; the rest are unnumbered. Some of them bear handwritten titles in pen on top of the image.
