The materials consist largely of general correspondence and bills, with the material from "box 2" consisting largely of bills, form letters,a ledger, and minutes relating to club meetings/dinners at the Yale Club of New York City from 1930-1941 and 1946-1955 (ledger dates). Material from "box 5" consists of meeting minutes from 1915-1936 and constitutions and member lists from 1916-1917, 1919, 1924-1926, and 1934-1936. Material is organized into folders which are grouped based on the box that the material came from; most material is organized roughly by date though alphabetical dividers were used to separate the years.
