Photocopies of Original Moe Berg Documents: Post OSS to Death, 1946-1972
This subseries includes photocopies of Moe Berg's papers which are located in various archives or private collections, and document Berg's life following the completion of his service with the Office of Strategic Services (OSS) until his death in 1972. Berg's career was rather quiet following the OSS, and this material highlights his service as consultant to NATO and the National League of Professional Baseball Clubs, as well as an attempt at writing his memoir. Researchers will find obituaries for Moe Berg within this material.
