The Interview Transcripts series is composed of transcripts of interviews conducted by Gaddis in preparation for his authorized biography of George F. Kennan. Gaddis interviewed Kennan, his family, and his colleagues in the United States government and in academia. The interview topics span Kennan's entire life and include his family, education, years in the Foreign Service, and his career at the Institute for Advanced Study. Subjects of the interviews include Kennan's opinions on various world events and political issues, his experiences at the embassies where he served, notably in the Soviet Union, and with the Policy Planning Staff, his contributions to government policies and to scholarship, his opinions of various individuals, and general impressions about Kennan.

The Princeton Alumni Weekly series reflects Clymer's assignment as a photographer assigned to various campus events that hosted or featured Princeton alumni. This series contains photographs from the 1980's and 1990's during which time Clymer was an independent contractor with the University working on various projects, one of which included the Princeton Alumni Weekly. This series comprises the bulk of the collection, and it includes photographs that the magazine printed as well as those that it did not make it to print. Folders are dated by the date on which they were taken, not by the date in which they appeared in the PAW.

The publications consist of political commentary, unrelated to specific elections, produced by organizations other than Argentina's major political parties. Series 3 includes material related to Mauerstein-Bail's involvement in water and sanitation projects. There are several reports on water and sanitation strategies and plans and documentation on other water and sanitation initiatives, in particular examining the role of women and community participation. A substantial part of this series is a collection of 47 bundles of an interview transcript; the interview is with Margaret Mwangola of the Kenya Water for Health Organization (KWAHO) and is connected to a book project on water and sanitation issue that presumably involved Mauerstein-Bail as an advisor or editor for the project. A draft text of the book is included in this series.

In addition, there were discussions between Andrew Ling and PBS to use the film as a pilot for a television series on public service leadership. Production records include correspondence, budget spreadsheets, scripts, and photocopied articles and essays.
