Series 1, Subseries 1, Subject Files, 1916-1994, contains incoming and outgoing correspondence, memoranda, reports, clippings, manuscripts, speeches, press releases and publications, and is filed alphabetically by author or subject. The subject files mainly document Ball's life prior to his appointment as under secretary of state for economic affairs and after his resignation as ambassador to the United Nations. These files contain information on a myriad of subjects in which Ball was involved or interested. His careers are well documented in this subseries, including his work on the U.S. Strategic Bombing Survey, which included the interrogation of Albert Speer, his years spent at Cleary, Gottlieb, and his international banking experience gained at Lehman Brothers.

Todd S. Purdum (1959-) is a political journalist whose work has appeared in a number of publications, including Vanity Fair, The New York Times, and POLITICO. The collection is mostly composed of Purdum's research materials on various political and cultural figures created for his work with Vanity Fair. Other noteworthy materials in the collection relate to Purdum's senior thesis written for Princeton University's History Department on the Eisenhower-era State Department's Loyalty-Security Program.

These materials relate to Purdum's senior thesis written for Princeton University's History Department on the Eisenhower-era State Department's Loyalty-Security Program. The original typescript of the thesis is included, as are some of Purdum's research materials, almost all of which are photocopies of the detailed diaries of Robert Walter Scott McLeod, who headed the Department of State's Bureau for Security and Consular Affairs from 1953 to 1957. To a lesser extent, Purdum's thesis research materials include copies of official State Department documents collected by McLeod, including correspondence and reports regarding suspected homosexual individuals in the department.

Thomas J. Kofodimos Papers, 1927-1998
Consists of documentation that Thomas Kofodimos pulled together, when he was trying to find a United States publisher for his English translation of Lephousēs' book Asēmina Laiou. Also, includes letters from Ēlias Lephousēs to Thomas Kofodimos and to Joan Kofodimos, family photographs, and miscellaneous photographs of ELAS (Greek People's Liberation Army) leaders, materials related to Kofodimos' escape from Greece to the United States, information about his career after coming to the United States, various memoirs and personal history, death notices and obituaries of Kofodimos' published both in the United States and in Greece.

Consists of a zerox copy of a certificate regarding Thomas Kofodimos participation in the national resistance as a head of the 54th Regiment ELAS in Pēlio, Greece. There are also copies of clippings of Greek newspapers regarding the honorary distinction of Kofodimos and Nikos Stournaras (Kofodimos' friend).

Consists of (2) letters from Lephouses to Kofodimos, an authorization to Thomas to tranlsate his book in English, (1) letter to Joan Kofodimos regarding the death of her father, and a newspaper clipping pf Lephouses' obituary of Thomas Kofodimos.

Thomas Burnside Morris Papers, 1861-2000

Thomas Burnside Morris graduated from New York University in 1861 with a degree in civil engineering. He was a chief engineer of the Long Island Railroad, 1863; a division chief of the Panama Railroad, 1864-1865; a division chief of the Union Pacific Railroad, 1867-1869; and a division chief of the Northern Pacific Railroad, 1870-1874. He died in Oakland, California, on November 8, 1885. The collection consists primarily of material relating to Morris's role in the construction of the Union Pacific Railroad and the Northern Pacific Railroad.

Subseries 6D: Publications, 1918-2005 (mostly 1965-2005)
The Publications subseries contains reports, pamphlets, and other publications by the ACLU and ACLU projects on the full range of civil rights issues addressed by the ACLU, including their "The Rights Of..." series of handbooks and "The Civil Liberties Review." The subseries also includes briefing books on HIV and anti-gay ballot initiatives, which are studies and information collected by the ACLU on these issues.
Subseries 6C: Press Releases, 1947, 1985-2006
The Press Releases subseries is composed of ACLU press releases about ACLU's work and civil liberties in general. Significant topics include court decisions on ACLU cases, the ACLU condemning or praising actions with an impact on civil liberties, and analysis of legislation and government action. Civil liberties frequently addressed include government and police abuse of power, due process, and discrimination against women, children, and minorities. The subseries also includes copies of the newsletter of the Global Internet Liberation Committee (GILC), an ACLU newsletter on cyberliberties, and press clippings about the ACLU.

The records in Series 2: Correspondence and Administrative Files were accumulated by members of the Nassoons Alumni Association and document the group's concert, performance, and recording schedules over seven decades. Subseries 15C: Subject Files, 1907-1990 [bulk: 1936-1956], consists of a number of different subjects arranged alphabetically, including the A. P. Smith Manufacturing Case, Harold Dodds's personal correspondence, Margaret Dodds's diaries, the Eugene Higgins Trust, Alger Hiss, the Hoover Commission Task Force, the Madison Memorial Commission, the Princeton Local Government Survey, and World War II. Particulars about these subjects follow.
Subseries 10A: General Materials, 1774-1997
Subseries 10A: General Materials, 1774-1997 [bulk: 1855-1886], is arranged topically and contains indices; correspondence from former Secretary of the University Varnum Lansing Collins, notably between Collins and Agnes Maclean, Maclean's niece, on the subject of her uncle's papers; biographical information; gift descriptions; and financial records from Maclean's time. Of special interest in the biographical folder are the reprinted diary of a sophomore and the account of two students who saw President Lincoln in 1861, also in reprinted form. There is also a very brief and informal autobiography by Maclean that was written at the request of Professor Edward Duffield. This subseries also contains a letter referring to Maclean's inauguration, indentures, and post-mortem articles about Maclean's life and accomplishments. In addition, there is his wallet, his checkbook, containing stubs and a few blank checks, two scrolled genealogies of the Maclean and Bainbridge families, "The Clan Maclean" book, and a scrapbook. The scrapbook contains newspaper articles and letters to the editor referring to temperance from Maclean and other professors. Photographs of Maclean have been grouped with other presidential images and can be found in boxes 234 and 235.

This collection contains Catholic Church materials from Cuba. Types of material included are bulletins, evangelical tracts, religious serials, as well as instructional items, pamphlets, and flyers. The publications are mostly from La Habana and the provinces of Camagüey, Santiago de Cuba, Cienfuegos, Ciego de Ávila, Holguín, Santa Clara, and Pinar del Río. A handful of non-Catholic items published by the Sacro Arzobispado Ortodoxo Griego in La Habana are also included.
