The 2015 accession comprises an additional 12.4 linear feet of research, draft, and publishing materials related to Bell's works, The Year of Silence, Behind the Moon, Devil's Dream, The Color of Night, Soldier's Joy, Charm City, Red Stick, Zig Zag Wanderer, Lavoisier in the Year One, Soul in a Bottle, and Toussaint Before the Spirits, as well as additional correspondence from 2002 to 2011 and subject files from 1995 to 2014.

These files consist of materials pertaining to Yurkievich's scholarly investigations, which he organized by subject. Subjects include authors, artists, and large projects. A single file may include any number of items, such as drafts of manuscripts, notes, photocopies, conference programs, correspondence, and ephemera.

Consists of papers relating to the novelist Frederick Buechner (Princeton Class of 1947) collected or created by Davies.

In addition, there are two packages of records (78 rpm) of his songs.

This subseries consists of both fiction and non-fiction prose manuscripts. The majority of the manuscripts are unpublished, but the collection includes the following published works (complete unless otherwise indicated): Adiós, Robinson y otras piezas breves (1995) [two short plays], Los autonautas de la cosmopista: O, un viaje atemporal París-Marsella (1983), Diario de Andrés Fava (1995), El examen (1986), Rayuela (1963) [notes and short manuscript excerpts] and Teoría del túnel (1947). Many of the items, some with titles or otherwise identifiable as individual manuscripts, have been separated from a large miscellaneous folder. Furthermore, there is a small selection of quotations that Cortázar collected from the works of others, as well as miscellanea that include writing notes.

This accession of materials includes drafts of poems and prose writings, correspondence, writings of others on the subject of Reina María Rodríguez, and some printed material and ephemera. Of special note is the group of eight letters from the Cuban writer Antonio José Ponte to Rodríguez, sent between 1988-1990.

This subseries consists of letters between various members of the Burnett family (other than FHB) and other family members, friends, and acquaintances.

This subseries consists of condolence letters from friends and acquaintances following the sudden death of VB due to a heart attack as a result of his rescue of four unidentified passengers from a capsized sailboat in Long Island Sound on July 25, 1937.

The Correspondence series forms the heart of the collection. The bulk of the correspondence (Subseries 2A and 2D) is between Frances Hodgson Burnett (FHB) and her younger son, Vivian Burnett (VB), and spans the the late 1880s through her death in 1924. There are also letters between FHB and her older son, Lionel Burnett, prior to his death in 1890, as well as between FHB and her beloved sister, Edith Hodgson Fahnestock Jordan. Topics range from her busy social life and writing and play producing career that was divided between America and England, as well as descriptions of her many trips through Europe and other places around the globe. The eight subseries are divided among sender (FHB, VB, family and friends/other) and recipient (FHB, VB, family and friends/other, Constance Buel Burnett). Many letters include their original envelopes and therefore the respective postmark stamps, where legible, are used to date many of the letters by month, day and/or year. Some of the undated letters have a year penciled on them by hand and, on occasion, excerpts from letters enclosed within penciled brackets that appear to match some of the excerpts published in Vivian Burnett's 1927 book about his mother titled The Romantick Lady. Not all the penciled years may be accurate, however, and some have question marks and have subsequently been filed with the undated letters. An extensive number of letter excerpts published in Gretchen Holbrook Gerzina's 2004 biography, Frances Hodgson Burnett: The Unexpected Life of the Author of The Secret Garden, are labeled "Penny Deupree private collection" in the Notes section at the end of the book (Gerzina was granted access to Vivian Burnett's collection of FHB materials that was inherited by Penny Deupree, VB's granddaughter) and have been used to cross-reference some of the letter dates in this collection. There are also several penciled notes on slips of paper that summarize certain letters' contents and they have been retained with the original letters. Preservation photocopies were made for some of the letters in Subseries 2D (Vivian Burnett to FHB) and they are included with the originals.

Includes an enclosure (42 x 31cm.) consisting of loose drawings in pen, ink, charcoal, and one on camvas. The enclosure is titled "Schedia Synthemena." There are studies mainly of hands and female portraits. Most of the works are undated.

This series consists of the correspondence received by Mujica Láinez, as well as a few manuscripts by him, and several manuscripts by others. The series is arranged alphabetically. Included at the front of the series is a chronology of his career and life, written by his daughter (Ana Mujica) and daughter-in-law (Susana Rodríguez de Mujica Láinez). There is substantial correspondence from both Silvina and Victoria Ocampo; his close friend, and novelist Marta Lynch; his friend, and later, biographer, Oscar Hermes Villordo; as well as his Argentinian-Spanish friend Marcos Ricardo Barnatán, and his Spanish friends Guillermo Carnero and Luis Antonio de Villena. There is an undated, four-page letter to Mujica Láinez from Chilean poet Gabriela Mistral, written while she was staying in Buenos Aires. The series is notable for the range of dates which the correspondence spans, 1927 to 1984, and for its varied documents which portray the Argentinian literary scene, primarily in the decades of the 1940s-1970s.

This sub-series consists of assorted manuscripts and copies by Cowper, of both poetry collections and single poems. This sub-series is organized alphabetically by title.

The Biographical series includes biographical sketches, photographs, and Spahr's resume, as well as materials from his participation in economics organizations and his correspondence with the University of Oregon concerning the possible donation of his papers to that institution.

Series 1: Diary, Correspondence and other writings by Philip Strong includes diaries from 1919 and 1921, some poems and short stories probably written by Philip Strong, 1966 articles and notes, and correspondence of a personal and professional nature from 1947 to 1963.

Series 2: Bibliographies, Indexes and Abstracts contains selected bibliographies of materials related to espionage and counter-intelligence. Also included are indexes to the National Defense Review of 1955 and a list of hearings, reports and cases related to Communist propaganda in the United States.

Series 6: Later Additions contains Woodrow Wilson Foundation Annual Reports, Link's correspondence pre- and post-Princeton career, and some additional materials.

Arthur S. Link was an author, editor, scholar and publisher, but is best known as the leading historian on Woodrow Wilson and for his leadership over the publication of Wilson's papers. This collection consists of the personal papers of Link, which includes articles, correspondence, notes, office files, and presidency records of the American Historical Association.

The Correspondence series contains some of Clark's father's correspondence, particularly a letter signed by J. Edgar Hoover. Included in Clark's own correspondence are thank you notes and informal letters from John F. Kennedy and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. The notes are conversational in tone. Letters signed "Jack" are from his days in the House of Representatives and the Senate. Kennedy also thanks him for gifts and congratulates him on a new job. Mrs. Kennedy thanks Clark for Christmas gifts, discusses a wedding present to Clark's son, and looks forward to visiting with him on Martha's Vineyard.

This collection contains excerpts from the diaries of Osmond K. Fraenkel, a New York City lawyer who served on the ACLU's Board of Directors and as one of its general counsel. These excerpts discuss the cases in which Fraenkel was involved.

Consists of manuscripts for novels such as The Bondmaid, China Sky, Dragon Seed, The Good Earth, and The Promise, as well as others.

Consists largely of correspondence with Ernst Stein; some other family members and correspondents are represented.

The collection consists mainly of playbills of American dramatic productions covering over forty-five years of play-going by T. H. Vail Motter (Princeton Class of 1922) but includes some early 20th-century playbills from the London theater as well as foreign playbills from Greece, Turkey, Belgium, China, Japan, Denmark, Holland, and England.

The Officers' Files subseries contains the files of thirteen ACLU staff members. Most served as higher level administrators or in the Legal Department. Their files consist of correspondence, committee materials, subject files on civil rights issues, case files, and materials on the logistics of administering their departments or the ACLU as a whole. The majority are the files of Ira Glasser, ACLU's fifth executive director.

These records are composed of mostly correspondence and subject files that were created in the course of Ullman's work as an academic, primarily at Princeton University, and in various other positions he held during his career, such as his term on the editorial board of The New York Times. The records also include some of Ullman's published articles and what appear to be notes and research prepared for lectures on European governments and foreign policies. Of note is Ullman's correspondence with well-known individuals in the field of foreign policy, particularly George Kennan.

This portion of the collection includes correspondence, reviews, and research materials that pertain to Ullman's first published scholarly work, the three-volume Anglo-Soviet Relations, 1917-1971.

Richard Ullman (1933-2014) was a scholar of U.S. foreign policy and international affairs. The collection documents Ullman's career as an academic, his service with the U.S. State Department and the Council on Foreign Relations, and his process of researching and publishing the three-volume Anglo-Soviet Relations, 1917-1971.

The Publications subseries contains reports, pamphlets, and other publications by the ACLU and ACLU projects on the full range of civil rights issues addressed by the ACLU, including their "The Rights Of..." series of handbooks and "The Civil Liberties Review." The subseries also includes briefing books on HIV and anti-gay ballot initiatives, which are studies and information collected by the ACLU on these issues.

Correspondence between Edith Bolling Wilson and Princeton's Division of Manuscripts regarding a letter written by Woodrow Wilson about the Quad Plan, along with a copy of the letter in question

May 2008 Accession consists of correspondence between family members prior to and following Allen Macy Dulles' injury as a Marine lieutenant in the Korean War. Prior to the injury, the correspondence documents Dulles's education and activities at primary school, Phillips Exeter Academy, Princeton University and Oxford University. Following the injury, materials include correspondence to and from Allen Macy Dulles, professional and personal correspondence of Allen Welsh Dulles and the Dulles family, correspondence with doctors regarding Dulles' physical condition, and military records including a citation for the Silver Star Medal which Dulles earned for his wartime leadership and bravery.

Allen Macy Dulles, son of Clover Todd and Allen Welsh Dulles, was a student of history and politics with plans for a career in public service until he sustained a serious injury in the Korean War. The collection consists of correspondence between family members prior to and following Allen Macy Dulles' injury as a Marine lieutenant in the Korean War.

This subseries contains the minutes of the Governing Council from the merger of the undergraduate organizations in 1928 to the present. In addition, the minutes of some Assembly meetings (meetings of the entire Society membership) are interspersed in the early 1930s. The minutes for many years appear to be incomplete and some years are missing altogether.

These letters include several letters from the University president, Harold Dodds.

This series includes files maintained by Imbrie regarding the University. They include correspondence, clippings and reports related to Imbrie's service as Financial Secretary; clippings, correspondence and publications regarding the Graduate School controversy which occurred while Imbrie held his University office; records, correspondence, reports, publications clippings on Princeton architecture and the "Quad Plan;" correspondence and records relating to the Graduate Council Freshman Honor Prize; and memoranda and reports on the progress of reorganization of student social life at Princeton.

The Papers of Andrew C. Imbrie, Class of 1895, (1875-1965) provide information on his undergraduate years, his service as an alumni trustee from 1907 until 1912 (including a period as Financial Secretary of the Princeton University Board of Trustees (1909-1912) during which he had charge of reorganization of the business management of the University leading to the creation of what became the Office of the Controller) and his family's genealogy.

The William K. Selden Collection on Eating Clubs contains research materials collected by Selden for the publication, Club Life at Princeton; An Historical Account of the Upper-Class Eating Clubs at Princeton University. Selden donated the material to the Archives in 1994.

Contains notes of Ellis (Princeton Class of 1945) entitled "Notes on the Present Political Situation" in Japan, covering June 28 to August 10, 1946, during the period in which he served as a translator and interpreter of Japanese.
