The Post-2000 Accessions series documents the function of the Princeton University Graduate School, predominantly during the tenures of Dean Thomas Ziolkowski and Dean William B. Russel. The materials include reports, surveys, correspondence, financial statements, and statistics.

Series 21 consists of records from the tenure of Nancy Malkiel as Dean of the College and comprises three subseries.

The clothing group includes handkerchiefs, hats and hatbands, neckties, patches, T-shirts, jackets, socks, some swatches of fabric and other small fabric items.

The Conferences series contains material on conferences, symposia, and panel discussions that have taken place at Princeton University.

Series 1: Syllabi and Course Materials, 1884-2005 consists of syllabi, reading lists, study outlines, grade books, examinations and similar materials from Princeton University courses in a variety of subjects. The majority of the materials are from the 20th century.

Consists of works by Frances Hodgson Burnett and Vivian Burnett, as well as clippings and miscellaneous printed materials.

Series finding aid: ACLU Records, Subgroup 3: Project Files Series.

The Project Files series contains the records of twelve of the ACLU's projects, which each addressed an area of civil liberties violations. Project records typically consist of case files, research files, and project publicity and correspondence. The best documented projects are the Children's Rights Project and Women's Rights Project, and to a lesser extent the Arts Censorship Project, Capital Punishment Project, and Reproductive Freedom Project. Please see the subseries descriptions for additional information about the contents of each subseries.

The Track Field and Cross Country Materials series contains rosters, meet schedules, programs, score cards, results, clippings and press releases related to Princeton Men's and Women's Track Field and Cross Country.

This series contains banners, pennants, and flags related to various University events and organizations. It includes several flags that went to the moon in 1969 with Charles Conrad.

The Trustees series consists of photos of Princeton trustees.

This series includes the Bradley Senate office's administrative records. Most records in this group were created by Marcia Aronoff, Marina Gentilini, and Margaret Hawthorne, and consist of schedules, invoices and receipts, and routine correspondence.

Consists of 46 postcard-size, black and white photographs of 33 people, including two self-portraits, taken and printed by Van Vechten primarily during the 1930s to 1940s. His subjects in this collection cover a wide range of celebrities in the theatrical and literary world, including ballet dancers, actors and actresses of stage and screen (some in costume), singers, musicians, authors, and poets--for example, Marian Anderson, Pearl Bailey, Sir John Gielgud, Hugh Laing, Sinclair Lewis, Norman Mailer, Clifford Odets, Jerome Robbins, Artur Rubinstein, Gertrude Stein, Alice B. Toklas, and Lin Yutang. Also present are two photographs (1923, 1930) of Van Vechten taken by the New York photographer Nickolas Muray.

Series 1: 2003 Accession of Princton Rowing Materials, 1874-2003 consists of photographs and records that appear to have been organized, used and possibly collected by Willis M. Rivinus in the preparation of Rowing at Princeton: celebrating 4500 Princetonians who have strained and gained from their rowing experience for 130 years, which was published in 2002.

Sylvia Beach's Circle and Collections consists of items collected by Sylvia Beach, documenting two overlapping collecting activities: Sylvia Beach's incidental files on artists in her circle (not directly relating to her publication activities, which are documented in the Shakespeare Company series), and her more formal literary and art collections. The boundary between the two collection activities is fluid, and there are several documented cases in which Beach later formalized collections that were originally created out of personal interest or for reference or business purposes (most notably, her collection of Joyce material, which she largely sold to the University of Buffalo, and her collection of Whitman manuscripts, originally keepsakes she inherited from her aunt and which she later exhibited and offered for sale). The series further contains information on exhibitions of Beach's collections and on the sale of collection items to various cultural institutions.

The Programs and Press Releases series contains game-day programs and Athletic Communications press releases. Nearly every athletic team at Princeton University is represented in this series, though the number of programs and press releases for each sport varies. Football and Men's Basketball are the most heavily documented teams in this series. (Football programs are also known as Princeton Athletic News.) Notable also are the records related to the Sailing and Yacht Club, which contain a somewhat more diverse selection of materials than the other sports in this series.

This series contains various types of awards given at Princeton University, and has sub-categories for athletic awards and awards for alumni, as well as other types of ceremonial honors.

The Administrative series contains records documenting the duties of the Office of the Registrar beyond the collection of student records. The series contains classroom assignments, examination and course schedules, course counts, admissions information packets, and alphabetical subject files.

Consists of General Programs.

The Employment series documents employment and the staffs at Princeton University. Major topics on which much material has been collected include affirmative action for staff hiring, staff benefits, reports, and unionization. There is also a small grouping of files on individual staff members.

The Grounds and Buildings Additions series consists of photographs that have been added to the collection since the time of its original processing in the mid-1990s.

The Calendars series contains calendars produced and distributed by the University, including academic calendars and calendars featuring attractive views of campus.

Series 7: Photographs contains files which for the most part were grouped under the heading "Photographs" by the department. The files include photographs of faculty, staff, undergraduate and graduate students; of field trips and scenery; of events on campus; and of campus buildings. The files in Series 7 tend to contain photographs almost exclusively, while many folders throughout the rest of the Department of Geosciences Records contain photographs stored together with other materials. Note that both Series 5: Field Trips and Expeditions and Series 6: Natural History Museum also contain subgroups called "Photographs." Photographs of individual faculty and staff are often found in their files in Series 2.
