- Appraisal
A Silver Greek style Cup, 1906, was deaccessioned and returned to the Quadrangle Club on February 24, 2024. The cup had been in Box 217 (OS Depth, Height- extra).
- Processing Information
This collection was processed by Christina Aragon in 1998, Matt Brady in 1997, Joseph Faber in 1997, Sue-Jean Kim in 1996, Bogachin Sahin in 1998 from 1996-1998. Finding aid written by Christina Aragon in 1996-1998, Matt Brady in 1997, Joseph Faber in 1997, Sue-Jean Kim in 1996, Bogachin Sahin in 1998. Additions to the collection were made by Christie Peterson with assistance from Doug Newton '12 in July and August 2011. Much of the collection was rehoused between 2019 and 2021. Box 217 (OS height, depth-extra) was removed for deaccessioning in February 2024.

- Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure. All analog audiovisual media must be digitized to preservation-quality standards prior to use. Audiovisual digitization requests are processed by an approved third-party vendor. Please note, the transfer time required can be as little as several weeks to as long as several months and there may be financial costs associated with the process.
