Periodic transfers of general records from the Triangle Club are expected indefinitely.

Materials separated during the processing of Series 8: Post-1996 Additions, 1890-2013 include recordings, printed matter and other items that were duplicates of materials already present in this or other Mudd Manuscript Library collections; a card index of Triangle Club productions in alphabetical order; and the majority of the Triangle Club Collection of Musical Recordings, which consisted of approximately 300 cassette tape duplications of musical theater albums and an accompanying card catalog.

This collection was processed by Michael Harrison '94, Damian Long '98, Paul Stevens, and Damon McLean '99 between 1994 and 1996. Finding aid written by Michael Harrison '94, Damian Long '98, Paul Stevens, and Damon McLean '99 between 1994 and 1996. Additions were processed and the finding aid was updated by Christie Peterson with assistance from Eleanor Wright '14 and Suchi Mandavilli '14 in March and April 2011. Subseries 8K was processed by Christie Peterson with assistance from Doug Newton '12 in June-July 2011. Series 9 added by Jessica Serrao in 2016. Enhancement of description and reprocessing of collection conducted by Valencia L. Johnson in 2018.

- Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure. All analog audiovisual media must be digitized to preservation-quality standards prior to use. Audiovisual digitization requests are processed by an approved third-party vendor. Please note, the transfer time required can be as little as several weeks to as long as several months and there may be financial costs associated with the process. Requests should be directed through the Ask Us Form.
Researchers are responsible for meeting the technical requirements needed to access these materials, including any and all hardware and software.
