Collection Description & Creator Information
The files from the Office of the Recording Secretary consist of records of gifts donated to Princeton, organized according to their location on campus. The bulk of the records are correspondence with donors consisting of official acknowledgements and gift updates, however some architectural drawings and financial files are also included as well as bound yearly gift reports and card indexes of donors.

Series 1: Files on Speical Projects from Donor Files, 1958-1984 must be reviewed for potentially restricted records before access is given. Please contact the University Archives prior to your visit.
