Series 7: 2009 Accessions, 1990, 2007-2009 consists of photographs and promotional materials related to the dedication of sereral campus facilities and the Aspire campaign. It includes brochures, lapel pins, invitations, bookmark, buttons, and similar promotional materials for the dedication of the Lewis Library [AR.2009.011]; kickoff dinner menu and program, announcement, buttons, invitations and other materials for the Aspire campaign [AR.2009.011]; black and white photographs and contact sheets of the DeNunzio Pool dedication by Randall Hagadorn [AR.2009.012]; and dedication materials for Butler College, Keller Center, Sherrerd Hall and the Carl A. Fields Center/Community House (58 Prospect) [AR.2009.128].

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure. All analog audiovisual media must be digitized to preservation-quality standards prior to use. Audiovisual digitization requests are processed by an approved third-party vendor. Please note, the transfer time required can be as little as several weeks to as long as several months and there may be financial costs associated with the process. Requests should be directed through the Ask Us Form.
