Subseries 1C: December 2008 Accession of PLAS Records, 1991-2009 consists of lists of students, theses and courses, event publicity materials, fellowship and grant information, and publications.

Conditions Governing Access

Series 1: Program in Latin American Studies Records, 1947-2009 contains student records and faculty personnel files that are restricted for 75 years from date of creation. These files are marked as restricted in the inventory below.

Single photocopies may be made for research purposes. For quotations that are fair use as defined under U. S. Copyright Law, no permission to cite or publish is required. The Trustees of Princeton University hold copyright to all materials generated by Princeton University employees in the course of their work. For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure.
