44 digital folders

Includes meeting minutes, planning documents, documents that outline the goals and aspirations of the organization, and materials relating to the organizational structure of the group. The files were created and utilized by SPEAR members in the Google Drive platform; when the files were downloaded by the processing archivist, however, they were converted to Microsoft Word and Excel formats.


The folders are arranged chronologically.

Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements

For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure. All analog audiovisual media must be digitized to preservation-quality standards prior to use. Audiovisual digitization requests are processed by an approved third-party vendor. Please note, the transfer time required can be as little as several weeks to as long as several months and there may be financial costs associated with the process. Requests should be directed through the Ask Us Form.

This collection contains files that were created in the Google Drive platform. The files converted to Microsoft Word and Excel files when downloaded by the processing archivist. Researchers are responsible for meeting the technical requirements needed to access these materials, including any and all hardware and software.
