Abstract
The Queer Graduate Caucus (QGC) is a Princeton University student organization that aims to support Princeton's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning, and asexual (LGBTQA+) graduate community, including their partners or spouses. This collection contains the administrative records, such as the constitution and event planning, for the Queer Graduate Caucus (QGC).

This collection contains the administrative records, such as the constitution and event planning, for the Queer Graduate Caucus (QGC). Also included, are promotional materials for the QGC and many of their events.
- Arrangement
The collection is arranged into two series: Administrative Files and Events. Folders within each series retain their original order as when transferred to the University Archives.

Queer Graduate Caucus (QGC)
The Queer Graduate Caucus (QGC) is a Princeton University student organization that aims to support Princeton's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning, and asexual (LGBTQA+) graduate community, including their partners or spouses. The QGC provides a safe space for LGBTQA+ graduate students to voice their concerns and an advocacy platform for making any such concerns heard by the administration. In addition to their advocacy, the QGC produces events such as the Queer Graduate Coffee, Queer Quizzo Trivia Night, and speaking engagements with notable members of the LGBTQA+ community.

- Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure. All analog audiovisual media must be digitized to preservation-quality standards prior to use. Audiovisual digitization requests are processed by an approved third-party vendor. Please note, the transfer time required can be as little as several weeks to as long as several months and there may be financial costs associated with the process.
