Consists of an unpublished manuscript by history professor Burton Alva Konkle on the American Revolutionary activist and Supreme Court Justice, James Wilson.

The collection consists of a transcript made by Julian P. Boyd in 1946 of Konkle's original and unpublished manuscript The Life and Writings of James Wilson (1742-1798), which is in the library of the American Philosophical Society.

Konkle, Burton Alva, 1861-1944
Burton Alva Konkle (1861-1944) was a history professor at Swarthmore College, Swarthmore, Pennsylvania.
James Wilson (1742-1798), Revolutionary activist, Continental congressman from Pennsylvania and, later, associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, was a chief participant in the establishment of the U.S. Constitution.
