- Description:
The collection consists of notebooks and notes taken by Collins during his years as an undergraduate and graduate student at Princeton (Classes of 1939, 1942) in the fields of art and architecture, as well as lecture notes, photographs, subject files, and newspaper clippings for lectures delivered by him at Columbia University in the fields of art history, domestic Chinese and Japanese architecture, French Renaissance architecture, Italian, French, and Renaissance painting, and French Gothic sculpture.
