Includes typescripts of Karen Van Dyck's articles in English and a lecture in Greek: "The Way to Colonos: A Greek Triptych" (for a volume that was never published); "Diaspora, Translation, and Women's Writing"; and "Hē gynaikeia graphē kai hē glōssikē kai politismikē heterotēta." There is also a photocopy of a printed article "The Woman of Zakynthos" by Dionysios Solōmos in English translation by Marianthe Colakis published in Charioteer, 1982/1983, 24 and 25.

This collection was originally processed in 1998. New material was acquired and the collection was revised, reprocessed, and completed by Kalliopi Balatsouka in 2010. Finding aid compiled by Kalliopi Balatsouka in 2010, incorporating descriptions generously prepared by Prof. Peter Mackridge.

For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure. All analog audiovisual media must be digitized to preservation-quality standards prior to use. Audiovisual digitization requests are processed by an approved third-party vendor. Please note, the transfer time required can be as little as several weeks to as long as several months and there may be financial costs associated with the process.
