Consists of the personal and professional correspondence of Nancy Crawshaw, including also tributes, commissions, and letters of recommendation.
This series is arranged into two subseries: Personal Correspondence, and Professional Correspondence.

- Processing Information
This collection was processed by Nilgun Yankaya in October, 1999. Finding aid written by Jannon Stein in August, 2000. New material received and it was processed and arranged by accession in the following: Subseries 1C and Series 6-8 by Kalliopi Balatsouka in 2022. The new material added to the Finding Aid written by Kalliopi Balatsouka in March 2022.

Single photocopies may be made for research purposes. No further photoduplication of copies of material in the collection can be made when Princeton University Library does not own the original. Copyright on all printed material by Nancy Crawshaw, published or unpublished, remains with her estate, and all requests for substantial reproduction should be referred to Peter Barnes, literary executor. - Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure. All analog audiovisual media must be digitized to preservation-quality standards prior to use. Audiovisual digitization requests are processed by an approved third-party vendor. Please note, the transfer time required can be as little as several weeks to as long as several months and there may be financial costs associated with the process. Requests should be directed through the Ask Us Form.
