Consists of miscellaneous material of Eirlys Roberts primarily relating to her United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation work in Italy and Albania during World War II and at the Consumers' Association, a consumer rights organization in the United Kingdom.

- Description:
The collection consists of miscellaneous material of Roberts primarily relating to her UNRRA work in Italy and Albania during World War II and at the Consumers' Association. Included are 32 photographs and 19 postcards of Albanian people and scenes, assembled by Roberts; "The Partisans Hold the Heights," an unpublished, typed manuscript (308 pp.) of a World War II novel by Roberts; her diary (autograph and typed manuscript) as UNRRA representative, at the end of WWII (25 March - 27 July 1945), based at the Italian Mission, Ruvo di Puglia; fashion reports, 1935-1936; Roberts's firsthand account of UNRRA operations in Albania, 1943-1947; letters by Roberts to her sister, Helen, 1947-1954; and a scrapbook compiled by employees of the Consumers' Association to mark the retirement of Roberts from CA in 1977.

Roberts, Eirlys, 1911-
Considered the "mother" of the modern British consumer movement, Eirlys Roberts was a member of the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration (UNRRA) Albanian Mission; later, editor-in-chief and head of research at Consumers' Association, a consumer rights organization in the United Kingdom, founded in 1957. She died on March 18, 2008.
