Subseries 1H: Treatments and Proposals, 1970-2008
Collection Overview
Collection Description & Creator Information
- Scope and Contents
This subseries consists of proposals and treatments for film, television, and publication projects spanning Hall's entire career. These materials are distinct from similar materials in Subseries 1F: Screenplays, Teleplays and Documentaries because they are completely unrealized projects, whereas those in Subseries 1F were substantially developed but never completed or produced.
A number of Hall's projects are directly related to topics and subjects the creator was researching and photographing for other related projects. Researchers should reference concurrent files for the full treatment of a subject. Most of the material is undated, and date ranges were assigned based on Hall's residency. The chronology for this residency is provided at the series level.
- Arrangement
This subseries is arranged alphabetically by working title.
