    <p>No. 8: Luján, Francisco. A.D.S. No place [New Mexico], no date [1 March 1810]. (15.5 x 9.5 cm). [½] p. Luján promises to give Bautista Chalifre (??) 10 costales of maiz. [On the same piece of paper as #9.]</p>
    <p> No. 9: Lucero, Francisco. A.D.S. No place [New Mexico], 2 March 1810. (15.5 x 9.5 cm). [½] p. Lucero acknowledges having received 10 costales of maiz on the account of his "hijo politico" from the first harvest that Fr. José de Jesús Luján sold him. [On the same piece of paper as #8.]</p>
    <p> No. 10: González, Fray Juan Bruno. A.D.S. No place [El Embudo ?], 19 January 1817. (7 x 10.5 cm). [1] p. The priest pens a receipt for an unspecified amount of alms given so he will say a mass to Nuestra Señora del Refugio on behalf of María Isabel, a citizen of El Embudo.</p>
    <p> No. 11: Vegil [sic], Juan. A.D.S. No place [New Mexico], 29 October 1814. (8.2 x 10.9 cm). [1] p. Receipt for 7 pesos received from Cristóbal Varela on the account of Francisco Martín of El Embudo.</p>
    <p> No. 12: Brito, [no first name]. A.D.S. No place [New Mexico], no date or month, 1817. (10.6 x 7.6 cm]. [1] p. Brito makes a list of possessions belonging to Antonio Francisco Martínez ("efectos que lleva afuera"): "33 unidades sábana blanca, 1 colcha negra, 4 pares de medias grande y tres chicas, dos sarapes, 1 peso y 7 pesos en reales" with later additions to the list of "un frontal negro con su avío de salon" and "1 peso de Miguel Antonio y otro de Joseph Christobal Madrid."</p>
    <p> No. 13: Martín[ez?], José Antonio. A.D.S. El Punto de Lo de Mora, 14 October 1819. (9 x 15 cm). [1] p. Martín[ez?], a citizen of "el bosque grande, jurisdiccion de San Juan de los Cavayerso [i.e., Caballeros]," is currently the comandante of the militia that for the last 25 days has been encamped on "el rio del coyote en Lo de Mora." Among his men is Encarnacion [???]rgio who has completed his service obligation and so Martín[ez?] gives him this as his liberty from service so he may return to Trujillo.</p>
    <p> No. 14: Martínez, Salvador. A.D.S. No place [New Mexico], 6 December 1819. (7.5 x 10.8 cm). [1] p. Martínez acknowledges having sold to Francico Antonio Martínez 40 varas of land and having received 30 of the 40 pesos of the agreed sale price, with 10 pesos remaining to be paid.</p>
    <p> No. 15: Martínez, Salvador. A.D. No place [New Mexico], after 6 December 1819. (7.5 x 10.8 cm). [1] p. Martínez adds to the document of 6 December 1819 by writing on the other side that he has received in lieu of the 10 pesos one fanega of wheat and one pound of chile.</p>
