A set of six lectures given at Monnier's shop and published as "Les Cahiers des Amis des Livres," in a specially-made enclosure. It contains (1) Paul Claudel: "Introduction a Quelques Oeuvres"; (2)Georges Duhamel: "Guerre et Litterature"; (3) Francis Thompson: "Une Antienne de la Terre";(4) Luc Durtain: "Georges Duhamel" with reprinted portrait of Duhamel by Paul-Émile Bécat;(5) Paul Valery: "Albums de Vers Anciens 1890-1900";(6) Valery Larbaud:"Samuel Butler." All editions are numbered, as these were a limited edition printed by Darantiere in Dijon.

For preservation reasons, original analog and digital media may not be read or played back in the reading room. Users may visually inspect physical media but may not remove it from its enclosure. All analog audiovisual media must be digitized to preservation-quality standards prior to use. Audiovisual digitization requests are processed by an approved third-party vendor. Please note, the transfer time required can be as little as several weeks to as long as several months and there may be financial costs associated with the process. Requests should be directed through the Ask Us Form.
