Consists of a brochure titled "Paraguai Jisakuno Iju Annai [Paraguay: A Guide to Migration for Homesteaders]" which includes information on how prospective Japanese settlers/emigrants can contact authorities in their prefecture, the emigration application process, and qualifications for applicants. The brochure highlights the settlement of La Colmena, the first Japanese settler colony established in Paraguay in 1936. The brochure explains the agricultural properties of the land and includes numerous FAQ-style section headings. It also includes a map of Paraguay and photographs featuring La Colmena settlers and a Paraguay river transport ship.
