The material is arranged into six files, each covering a specific subject area relating to youth and children. Items are generally arranged alphabetically by publishing organization; within each publishing organization, the items are ordered chronologically according to year of publication. The one exception is File 6: Programa Nacional de Municipios Escolares, which consists exclusively of documents produced by Acción por los Niños, the primary executor of the school-based program. File 4: Health includes material addressing a wide array of health and child development issues, such as mental health, sexuality and child abuse.
