This collection contains pamphlets, reports, serials, monographs, and posters concerning the rights and conditions of women in Central America. The material included was mostly published in Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama between 1983 and 2004. Sources include women's rights advocates and organizations, research centers, and governmental agencies. The topics covered include women's rights, women in politics, domestic violence, women's health, indigenous women, and women in the labor force.
