- Description:
The collection consists of Bailey's correspondence with various political figures, family, and friends as well as materials, including clippings, about his election campaigns, the Bailey Bill for the extension of free mail service (1913-1914), a war tax, and the issue of military preparedness. Condolences are also included that were sent to his widow after his death in 1928.
