Description:

The collection consists of correspondence, photographs, scrapbooks, memorabilia, and newspaper clippings of Koenig's life, from his involvement in theatrical productions as a student, through his career as a Broadway set designer, including his later years as a designer and assistant director of the Viriginia Museum of the Fine Arts. Part of the collection covers his tour of duty in the army during World War II when he worked on Irving Berlin's show, "This Is the Army."
