Achilleas Antoniades (1947-) is a career diplomat who served as Ambassador for the Republic of Cyprus to the Czech Republic from 2007 to 2009. The files consist of his documents, notes, minutes of meetings, analytical reports, and maps, regarding the political situation in Cyprus from the late 1950s through 2009.

This series includes documents, copies of letters and extracts, diplomatic plans and proposals, interviews, agreements, and notes regarding the period of Cypriot intercommunal violence and sporadic sectarian conflict between Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots between 1955 and 1964, and the political situation in Cyprus leading up to the Turkish invasion of Cyprus in July and August of 1974.

Philip Anderson was a condensed-matter theorist, Professor Emeritus of Physics at Princeton University, and Nobel laureate. This collection consists primarily of Anderson's research files, which include his article and book drafts, grant files, notes, memos and correspondence, a bound run of his talks and papers, and his research diaries and notebooks. To a lesser extent, the collection contains Nobel Prize nomination applications, recommendation letters, photographic prints, and ephemera.

The American Whig-Cliosophic Society (1941-present) is a literary, political and debating society which has had an important impact on the lives of generations of Princeton students. It provides students with both social alternatives and an opportunity to develop skills not emphasized by the University curriculum. The contents of the initial group of records were acquired between 1941 and 1993 in agreements between Princeton University and the American Whig-Cliosophic Society. The library initially cataloged some of these records into the P Collection. Subsequently, an attempt was made to organize some of these records in 1975.

This subseries contains the minutes of the Governing Council from the merger of the undergraduate organizations in 1928 to the present. In addition, the minutes of some Assembly meetings (meetings of the entire Society membership) are interspersed in the early 1930s. The minutes for many years appear to be incomplete and some years are missing altogether.

The organization that became Americans United for Separation of Church and State was founded in 1947 to protect church-state separation and religious freedom, as well as to educate lawmakers, religious leaders, and the general public regarding Constitutional religious liberties. The records document the administration and issues of the organization from its founding and include correspondence, meeting materials, and publications.

Established in 1904 as the Department of Geology, and later known as the Department of Geological and Geophysical Sciences, the Department of Geosciences has grown to become the center for the study of Earth, atmospheric, oceanographic, and environmental sciences at Princeton. The records document the department from its 19th-century origins to the recent past with departmental files, faculty files, faculty meeting minutes and visual materials.

This subseries (7.56 linear feet) consists of cases and legislation monitored by the ACLU, as well as correspondence, relevant documentation, and newspaper clippings. These cases and legislative issues relate primarily to the first amendment right of free speech; however they occasionally involve the right to freedom of association, freedom of belief, and some issues regarding due process of law in relation to these rights. The Project Files series contains the records of twelve of the ACLU's projects, which each addressed an area of civil liberties violations. The American Ballet Theatre is an American ballet company founded by Oliver Smith and Lucia Chase in 1940. The collection consists of programs of performances of the Ballet Theatre dance company from its first performance in 1940 until 1979.

The collection consists of typewritten and handwritten letters and postcards (circa 1965-1985) from Jorge Amado to Alvaro and Elisa Salema. Also included are typewritten letters from Zélia Amado to Alvaro and Elisa Salema.

This collection contains writings by filmmaker and author Woody Allen. It includes copies of short stories, essays, articles, and the majority of Allen's films, along with original and various drafts of his prose work, plays and screenplays, some of which are either unpublished or unproduced.

Consists of correspondence, photographs, and emphera sent to Ina Tillman from her friend Sergei Alekseyev in the Soviet Union (Siberia). Tillman and Alekseyev were pen pals, and, as Esperantists, they used Esperanto to communicate with each other. The collection spans 1915 to 1987, with a bulk of the collection being their correspondence from 1964 to 1970.

Contains notebooks and drafts of the Nicaraguan-born Salvadoran writer Claribel Alegría's poetry, articles and essays, novels, short stories, speeches, and translations. Also includes correspondence with publishers, family, and such writers as Mario Benedetti, Julio Cortázar, Juan Ramón Jiménez, Alfonso Quijada Urías, and Sergio Ramírez. Additionally, the collection contains photographs, audiovisual material, and writings of others on Alegría.

David Laurence Aaron (1938-) served as Deputy National Security Advisor from 1977–1981. The collection mostly documents Aaron's service under Jimmy Carter's administration, though records dating from his time working for Walter F. Mondale and in the private sector are also present.

This series is composed of records that were mostly created after David Aaron's tenure in the Executive Office. The materials in this series mainly relate to Aaron's work for Senator Walter Mondale, both in his position as Mondale's legislative assistant in the U.S. Senate before joining the Carter administration, and later as Senior Consultant on Foreign Policy and Defense for Mondale's 1984 presidential campaign. The campaign materials mainly document Mondale's foreign policy stances on the Soviet Union, the Middle East, and Latin America, as well as his platform on military preparedness and arms control. The series also includes records from Aaron's tenure with Oppenheimer and Company and a number of his speeches and writings that postdate his White House years, including a typescript of his first novel. Additionally, there is a very small amount of information on Aaron's early life and documentation related to his Foreign Service career.

Series 1: Materials from the Princeton University Archives Oversize Collection, circa 1807-1983 contains oversize items from the University archives that do not fit well into existing archival collections. These include advertisements for a variety of events and activities, memorial and congratualtory notices, certificates and diplomas awarded to Princeton, as well as certificates and diplomas awarded by Princeton to other insitutions.

Series 2 contains records primarily connected to Hoge's editorial position at Foreign Affairs, including correspondence and background materials related to particular articles, authors or foreign affairs subjects. Included are records related to the administration and design of the magazine as well as Hoge's arrival and departure as Editor.

Series 2: Bibliographies, Indexes and Abstracts contains selected bibliographies of materials related to espionage and counter-intelligence. Also included are indexes to the National Defense Review of 1955 and a list of hearings, reports and cases related to Communist propaganda in the United States.

The Country Files series documents Kemmerer's financial advisory work and also contains materials collected by Kemmerer as he conducted research on particular countries. The series contains material from twenty-six countries, mostly in Latin America. The best documented are China, Colombia, and Peru, and to a lesser extent Chile, Ecuador, the Philippines, and Poland. The papers include correspondence, reports, clippings, and government publications regarding a wide variety of subjects, including banks and banking systems, currency and monetary policy, government budgets and debt, taxes, trade laws, and information regarding the economic and social conditions of the countries. The papers also include correspondence, reports, clippings, and other materials of the commissions of financial advisors lead by Kemmerer.

Series 1: Antioch Excavation Financial Records, 1935-1938 consists of detailed expense vouchers from the second half of the excavation of Antioch. Each voucher lists a single expense, its cost, and its purpose. Also included as expenses are purchases of antiquities found during the excavation.

Series 1: Princeton University Athletics Statistics and Clippings, 1869-1960 consists mostly of binders of statistics and newspaper clippings compiled by C. Bernard Shea between approximately 1901 and 1960. A number of sports are represented; however, the bulk of the materials relate to football. Also included is a copy of Intercollegiate Football, A Complete Pictorial and Statistical Review 1869-1934 edited by Christy Walsh.
